Will you use my exact address for geographic coordinates?
No, we do not use your exact location for the geographic coordinates. You can choose whether you provide us with your zipcode, town, or city and from that information we will use a geographic coordinates finder to find your coordinates. It is important for us to protect our Chainyana family, so we will not accept exact addresses.

When I get a bracelet, whose geographic coordinates will be on it?
Your bracelet will have the geographic coordinates of the person who purchased a bracelet before you. You are carrying them in their struggle. The person who purchases a bracelet after you will carry you in your struggle.

Are Chainyana bracelets only for people with OCD?
Chainyana bracelets are for anybody who is struggling with anything. The struggle could be mental health, cancer, or any other difficult time that someone may be facing.

What do I do if the color that I want is not listed as an option?
If you want a color that is not listed when ordering a Chainyana Classic Bracelet, select the “Other” option and tell us the color that you are looking for and we will make it.

Will I find out where the person lives who is carrying my geographic coordinates?
Yes, when someone purchases a bracelet after you, that will be the person who is carrying your coordinates on their wrist. You will receive an email with their geographic coordinates.

How can I figure out what size bracelet I should order?
Please measure your wrist, or print and use the measuring guide below to be sure that you order the correct size.
